Adding Immunizations from the Past

  1. With the given patient selected, select the "Overview" tab at the bottom of the page, and then the "Imm" tab at the right hand side of the Overview page.
  2. For each shot you add, enter the appropriate date at the upper left, then drag the shot from the list. Click "use long list" at the bottom if the shot you wish to enter isn't on the default short list.
  3. Each date entered must be exact, but if the true date of the shot isn't known, check the box in the "Approx. date" column to flag this shot as being of uncertain date.
  4. If you make a mistake, select the the shot you have entered, then press the "Delete" button at the top to remove the shot. Then re-enter the shot.
